KAYI is a monthly, in-person gathering for community builders, founders, and professionals. Held one city at a time, one circle at a time, it is built on a single conviction: Real communities are not built through a screen. They are built in small, trusted circles, through presence, honesty, and shared work. Technology then sustains what in-person presence begins.
We exist to end the isolation of professional growth. Through trusted circles, applied knowledge, and shared accountability, we equip professionals to build careers, businesses, and communities they own — together.
Trusted circles of 4–5 professionals who know your work, your struggles, and your next move. No more building alone.
One practical skill every month, taught by practitioners, applied the same day, compounded over time.
Hands-on sessions where members ship something real — a portfolio, a side project, a proposal, a pitch — before they leave the room.
Senior members guide rising professionals. Students learn from founders. Everyone teaches what they know best.
Career growth that translates into real outcomes — promotions, partnerships, paying clients, and businesses you own.
Things are quiet here. Check back later for updates from this community.
